Can anyone please share the format for the construction estimate for bank loan. If you have taken a loan and can provide a snapshot of the estimate, it will be very helpful.

Hi,
I went ahead and purchased the wood need for my house. Just for everyone's benefit, here are the prices
1) Honne - 1900 - 2100 , container wood is cheaper than round log.
2) Burma Teak - 5500 - 7500 based on girth dia, purchased round log needed for 15 inch planks, costed 6300 per cft.

It can be either. Same contractor will be prepared to work for Slab area of Site area. If you take Slab area, there will be long list of exclusions with individual rates, each contractor has his own list. Make sure you get it from your contractor and include it in the agreement.
