Try Jindal MLC pipe...this pipe is made for Gas transportation and will come at less cost than SS pipe...

If these are existing tiles then and no leakage or any other problem, you can avoid epoxy grouting. if it is already epoxy gout done earlier and want to re do.... then first we need to remove this grout and then do fresh epoxy grouting. Also check that tiles are intact before planning for regrouting...

There are two types of gas pipe lining.... one copper pipe and another is MLC pipe. you can try any of these...

Hi Ramki, based on the architect plan, please get structural plan done so that we will get to know the exact details and only based on that structure we need to estimate the budget, else you may face problem in future. Please check if this is just blind estimate or based on the structural plan?

If you are planning for rental, you may consider ground floor for parking, first floor for rent and 2 and 3rd floor for own use.... if budget works out you may opt for lift and this will be good.. Lift will cause additiona 5+ lakhs.... All the best....
