For your semi-open terrace I would suggest going for WPC deck flooring, it gives a very organic look and easy maintenance.

You are getting a new contemporary material called vitrified lam ( Just 3mm thick ), this is so strong that it is recommended for flooring

Thank you for the response, Praveen. Indeed, there are many who really interested in farming, if not the traditional crops, there are viable options like permaculture or food forestry. Hope this gets materialized very soon!

Thank you, Praveen! I was told the initial polish was MRF and he said he conveyed about the 5 year lasting of the polish as told by the MRF guys. Still came off. Is it viable to do PU spray coat on already fixed planks after a fresh polish?
