I have the Programmable LED model from them at both the sites, there is no AMC involved. I had a problem at one of the site where the sensor had to be replaced....made a call and in 24 hrs they had it fixed. The equipment has a 3 yr warranty if you wanted to know...more details you can get in touch ...

Looking at the picture I was not able to tell about the mat size....the size of the pit suggests that he did not put a mat (looking at the second pic)...also the pillar foundation box size seems a tad small. Also adding cement to it does not help... Just my 2 cents.
