Re: BDA Khata to Gram Panchayat Khata
BDA Khata doesn't have any property id.. irony is both authority are demanding tax. I ended up not paying anywhere until it's clear.

Re: Granite Cleaning after removing POP
Hi Nivas,
That helps a lot. Where can we buy the chemicals you listed? We did'nt know to apply the SG Plus before laying, we just laid it with white cement, so is it ok to apply Tenax Proseal? will it be still effective?
Thanks,
Santosh

Re: Is it worth to have an Architect for construction inspec
Prince, If your floor plan/working plan is complicated its better you keep the architect service. But if its simple, contractors know how to execute given all the related drawings. We are doing construction just with complete drawings and our contractor is able to follow exact drawings as expected. ...

Re: Reliable granite shops in Jigani
Rashana, Right now we are laying the granite using white cement. We bought same for kitchen also, but after seeing the absorption decided to go for black for kitchen. There are few sealants in the market but these are not permanent solution, we need to apply this every 18 month once. I would have av...

Re: Reliable granite shops in Jigani
Hi All, We bought Milky White granite gang saw size from Jigani. Only to realize later that it absorbs like anything and gets stained very easily. Both me and my wife are too much worried to see the stains it took in our tests. Attaching few pics from our test - where you can see the stains caused b...
