i had seen sites in a layout broker says it doesn't have any DC conversion certificate. if i take risk and buy can i dream about getting a dc conversion certificate later/ paying betterment charges to get katha ?

Getting A katha conversion at BBMP is simple. give the TITLE deed pay betterment charges. They doesn't go through deeper.

BDA / BBMP gives A-katha only, when you have 3 kitchens max or should meet FAR ratio

Entire plan deviation according BBMP is for 5% overall, how can you calculate for that. and yes you can for G+3 as you are ready to pay bribe
