I think that is a bit high price in 3rd block . Double check with multiple people .
Last time when I enquired I heard that the case was solved . Not sure on latest news if any .

I am in process of finalizing a site purchase(30*40) in Narayana nagar 3rd block . Is anyone aware of any pending court cases in this layout particulary in 8th main ?

Consulted a lawyer and she was saying they cannot find out if there are/were any cases or not and asking me to ...

There is a change in the rule, since Nov '12. Absolute sale deeds are being given for house and site allotments made on an outright sale basis.
Did a check on this with the Chandapura Registrar office and also got a copy of the board resolution on the same.

I visited a property near BTM layout , it is adjacent site to BDA layout and agent said that this was acquired by BDA but later owner got it back. Looks like owner got NOC from BDA .

When I asked about Katha and other details , agent saying as BDA already completed DC conversion ...
