We stopped compound construction and gave police complaint for violation the HC stay order.

WP 13013/2013 is listed for final hearing in front of Justice A. S . Bopanna.
Another month is required to get final judgment.
Please check status of case in High Court of Karnataka web site.
Let me know any more information needed.

We are on top of this issue , But what to do High court has it's own procedures and this will be miss-utilized by respondents. Even BDA lawyer not filled objections after 1yrs and 2 months of notice . He himself talk about giving bribe and getting alternative sites at good locations ...

Yes RTI have helped me some extent but not fully. Through RTI we found that lands acquired for Janabharathi layout is used to form SMVL 1 Block .( All survey numbers of Nagadevanahalli village , Kengeri hobli )
Is this a valid procedure ? or Is there any legal issue here ?
