Hello Prem Shankar, they are quoting Rs 3000 for a 50 x 80. I was surprised to find that the prices have jumped from Rs 2400 to Rs 3000 upwards within just one year. I was hoping the realistic price would be around Rs 2600 or something like that

What is the current running price now ? People are quoting Rs 3000 upwards for even 50 x 80 sites now.

I am currently looking for a site in Bsk 6th Stage, 1st Block. The site is south facing and the owner is quoting Rs 1900 - 2000 per sft. Is this the running price in that area ?
