Hi Gopi, 5,500 per sft is very costly to purchase. I think current price is between 4000 to 4500 per sft. If the market continues to be good, Price is expected to be 5500 to 6000 per sft after 2 years. If you can keep it for longtime and 5500 persft is in your budget you can go for it. I am not sure...
