Hi Members , Currently I am in plans to choose b/w wood (basic neem/sal 1000~1400/cft ) ==vs== UPVC . As my project has two 2bhk and one 1bhk portions I am planing to go with UPVC or Wood based on your suggestions Bellow are my concerns 1. Hi venkyn , I am keeping that duct to get some light to behind house , its of size 3x5 , currently i have moved it towards stairs to ensure easy accessibility . Please let me know if that makes sense .

Hi riturajmnit, Pillar positions play a key role here ,Fix your first and other floor plans you will get pillar positions ->decide on n0 of 4 wheeler and 2 wheeler-> then make modifications such that cars can be parked/ removed from both sides of road . keep ground floor plan open , as you construct...

Hi ravivasudeva My advice is to get working plan finalized(something close to your final plan) from your architects give the same to BBMP registered guy , then all he will do is shrink it to some extent make few changes here and there and approve it .
