am planning to buy a site in anam enclave (near thanisandra main road) ? The developer says he can arrange the loan thru GIC housing finance and he has got BBMP khata, BDA NOC with taxes paid. The khata is for the entire layout and not for the individual sites. Will I have to pay for ...
