as myself an building civil contractor the prices are little high but not too much
because in recent times the labor cost has been hiked 15 to 20 %
if it is ok for 24k
it will be fine for both the parties

it is an open fact that material and labour charges are increased
approximately
Cement 3% to 5%
Steel 5%
Labor 15% to 20%
Fabrication workrs are also hiked for 5%
Tiles and ceramic products were gone up to nearly 5%
