EC says the owner name one who sold the property to us, its a B Katha. the same survey no 88/2 says that Bda acquired on 1994 and return back to the property to the actual owner on 2007, 88/1 says that the owner is BDA, and our property falls under 88/1....totally confused, we will meet the lawyer b...

We have bought site in Kengeri Satellite town stage 1 in 2006 and now we want to build a house in the same plot , when we pulled RTC, it says that the owner of the property from 200-2001 till 2013 is BDA, what should we do now…how to go about it. please adv...
