Re: BDA site in Rajeev Gandhi Nagar Vs Arkavathy layout?
Please be careful with Rajiv Gandhi Nagar / NTI Layout phase 2 too. Around 40+ acres of this layout are under litigation - the brokers in the area have a copy of the survey and site numbers which are under litigation, you can check it once. Also, as far as I know BDA had released only 40% of the sit...

Re: Registration of loan documents
I had recently taken a loan from HDFC and they charged me 0.1% of sanctioned loan amount as MOD charges. This amount is paid as stamp duty to Govt. of Karnataka. Was this your query or have I answered something different?

Re: Project By Skanda in sarjapur road
My friend was interested to buy a plot here. He also got legal verification done by a lawyer. The lawyer told him that the GPA between the developer and the owners is not registered yet which is mandatory. Also the sharing agreement which mentions the developer's share and owner's share. Without thi...

Re: Jayanagar HBCS 1st Stage - Layout Plan
Layout plan is not there with my friend for JHCS, just checked :( Bharath Housing Society Stage 5 sites will be almost on par with JHCS Stage 1 or slightly cheaper. Also there is BHS Stage 4 also where rates are mostly higher. As per my knowledge, all of these layouts do not have any litigation asso...

Re: Jayanagar HBCS 1st Stage - Layout Plan
I will check if my friend got the layout plan from any broker. I remember him telling me that during one of his visits, a broker had shown him the site for sale in the layout plan. Btw, if anyone wants the layout plan for Bharath Housing Society Stage 5, which is right next to Jayanagar HBCS 1st sta...

Re: Jayanagar HBCS 1st Stage - Layout Plan
Near Paduke mandira, prices are in 4000-4500/sq.ft range if we go through a broker. We met one of the residents there who said that if we were lucky we could get a plot from direct owner for around 3700-3800/sq.ft. But its very difficult to find one. Brokers are inflating the prices big time here.

Re: Jayanagar HBCS 1st Stage - Layout Plan
My friend too has been scouting for sites in this area for the last 2 months. I had seen some sites with him last week. The cheapest one was a 40*60 south facing site near Chartered Beverly Hills which was being quoted at 3600/sq.ft. East and North facing 30*40 sites were even being quoted around 50...

Re: Khatha Owner Online
We had got the owner's name updated in the bbmp tax receipts record during the subsequent year after plot purchase when we paid the property tax for the first time.. The site was a bbmp A katha site.. The bbmp person had told us that we have to pay property tax first and then only their records can ...

Re: Times of India non impressive article about north bangal
Another nonsense article from TOI. TOI/the author needs to travel from North bangalore towards city and vice-versa during peak hours to witness the huge traffic pile up at various juctions - Mekhri circle, Hebbal Flyover, Kodigehalli Gate etc before talking about the infrastructure and connectivity....

Re: EC and Khata Transfer
Paying bribe is not necessary for BDA Khata transfer. We got it done last month. It took around 3 weeks totally, but neither did the BDA official ask for bribe nor did we pay it :) There were totally 3 visits to the BDA office - one to collect the form, second one after 2 weeks to check if the khata...
