Pl.inform me if any of you know about this layout . About the title and prevailing rate .

Whether BIAAPPA can enforce development of the approved layouts, in case developer doesnot .

Sir, I want to purchase a 30 X40 site ( Not south facing) in Duo Marvel , Doddaballapur road, near Ramanashree resort or in any other layout in north bangalore which is BDA or BDA approved.

sir, I am planning to buy a site in Duo marvel in (Anantapura road) Doddaballapura road , near Ramanashree resort. Agents claim that it is a BDA approved layout and the title is absolutely clear. Is this correct ?. Broker quotes a rate of Rs. 2600 per sft. Is it reasonable.?
