I applied for a refund last Thursday 20th June 2013. I was informed the cheque would be sent via seed post with in a week. How long does it take to receive the cheque ?

MS Ramaiah builders have come up with a new layout at Nelamangala called "MSR Green City". Has anybody purchased a site there ? What is the current value of the site for any resale ?

SLN Dreams Project near Chikkajala
Hi All, There are quite a few layouts coming near Chikkajala. Currently the property prices that I enquired at SLN Dreams is around 1700 per sq feet. Is it a good location to buy as the place is just 8KMS from Airport (towards Hebbal) and about 18KMS from Hebbal (towards Airport) Regards Girish T P
