Does any one know what is the price per sft for sites on 80ft road Anjanapura 11th or 10th block ?
Also, some one was saying though these sites are on 80ft road, whole layout is for residential and hence can not be used for commercial Ideally. May have to pay extra than regular commercial approvals ...

Thanks For your reply. But I see in property tax challana that for a 40x60 site maintenance charged is Rs2400 per year, where as for 20x30 site it is Rs 1200 per year. It is not matching the numbers you specified.

I do see maintenance charges are added this year for plots. I have one 20x30 site in Anjanapura 11th block, however, maintenance added is Rs1200/-. Does anyone know how much maintenance charges per sft. Rs1200/- per 20x30 seems high. I wrote to the email-id given for enquiries, but no response..
