I have bought it 3 years back. I am waiting for the basic amenities to be provided so that I can start the construction.
A tender has been called for the UGD and metalling of roads. Hopefully in about an year basic amenities will be in place.

You cant buy land from direct allottee in Arkavathy as there is a lock in period of 10 years. If nobody buys land from farmer, then how will he get the money for the...

Re: Purchasing Site in Arkavathy allotted to Farmer
Thank you tvsh.
The previous person who has bought the site from the farmer has got all his children to be the witness in the sale deed. All the children have their signature as witness and the photos in the sale deed.

Re: Purchasing Site in Arkavathy allotted to Farmer
40% share allotted will not be in the same land that the farmer gives. So no ancestral rights exists. The papers are similar to BDA allotting sites to individuals except the 10 year clause. I have enquired the same in BDA office and they mentioned that there is no lockin period for the farmers so th...

Purchasing Site in Arkavathy allotted to Farmer
I am planning to purchase a site in Arkavathy Layout Sampigehalli. This site was allotted to the farmer under the 40% share. This has then been bought and registered by another person. I would be the third person to own this. All the Khata transfers are in place and the tax has been paid. Does anyon...
