Re: Residential House Plan G+2 Floor
General comments 1> Riser of 6.75 inches for stairs from ground to first would be slightly inconvenient for older people. 6 inches would be best. But you can make it little more also, if you start the ground floor steps early 2> May be in the Ground Floor, you reduce 1 bedroom so that you get more p...

Re: plaster spray option for small space

I mean if you lay two layers and the mason hands go till 1 feet, then u start plastering immediately. Then again lay 2 layers of bricks and plaster it. You could se...

Re: is it possible to get conversion with out DC conversion
I think you will not be able to get conversion for a single site. And the betterment charges collection when it was opened some time back was also related to DC converted sites.

Re: How to pay property tax without previous year document
From my experience, B Khata is not transferable. So even if you pay, it gets paid in the old house owner's name with his SAS number. You need to make a new B Khata. And for this, they would ask you to pay for 5/6 years tax, i.e from 2008 so that they can get a SAS number and you continue to pay base...

Re: Our House construction experience

So during barbending/moulding time, the area where you propose to be the future bathroom should have around 1 feet below your other mo...

Re: finolex vs havells for wiring
Hi, I wired with a different brand of electric wires than the traditional finolex, though my electrician was preferring finolex/havell. It is KEI. My friend is in electrical business and he said that most of the companies where he installs and builds are now using wires from KEI. I checked KEI websi...
