Re: Help with plan

Hey, I feel the second option is the best, Ground Floor: Parking space for 1 or 2 cars and 2 bikes, 2 BHK (with medium sized rooms with or without dining hall ) for rent First & Second Floor: Duplex house for yourself 3 BHK, where you get sufficient ventilation, light and also free from dust. I too ...

Re: SMVL - 4th Block (Near CPRI Land)

Hi BBMP, One more suggestion: There is one house built in that layout recently. You can find the same in the following link as well. http://wikimapia.org/#lat=12.937601&lon=77.4774505&z=18&l=0&m=b Try speaking to the owner of the house and clarify about the layout and other details. I own a plot in ...

Re: Wall over wall versus beam

What should be the thickness of the external wall of ground floor house in these 2 cases ? 1] For Wall over wall construction, the external wall should be 1 feet thick (After Plastering). 2] Columnar or RCC construction, the wall can be 9 inches thick (After Plastering). This is based on few house p...

Re: Fence versus Compound Wall

I feel, the issue of being encroached by others can be avoided by having contacts with the owners of the plots adjoining your site. You can get the contact details from the association or the society who built the layout or the gated community. You can talk to owners about when they plan to start th...

Re: Fence versus Compound Wall

Hi Saibabu, You say its a gated community and also If the layout is BDA approved, then according to me a compound or fence may not be necessary. Some points to justify this. 1. A compound is required only if you wish to leave the plot vacant for long time. As you have plans to construct in a year or...

Re: Looking for SMV layout site owners

Some good news Gautham, thanks for the update. However, any idea why the rate quoted in 1st block less compared to other blocks, is it because all other blocks are in between already developed places and layouts ? I thought always it was the other way round, 1st Block having the best price of the wh...

Re: Looking for SMV layout site owners

Marayalare,

From the photos it looks like they are the east-west roads of SMV 1st block only.
The 100ft double road which connects block 1 and 8 and parallel to NICE road, was already tarred sometime back. (after laying the water pipes)

Cheers,
Ramesh

Re: Ideas for spreading mybdasites.com

Hi Admins, I think the name should be more generic as this forum covers almost everything in real estate (not just bda) and covers info about mysore and other places too (not just bangalore) The domain name "bangalorerealestateforum.in" seems pretty long and sounds like its for bangalore only. how a...

Re: Kanakashree SMV Layout (a layout from KHBS)

Hi Mareyalare, Yes, the link points to the Kanakashree SMV Layout. I have posted the same URL in my first post as well. Just to clarify, Kanakashree group (KHBS) have completed few more layouts with same name in byrathi/Kannur as well. Those are old layouts. This is the latest layout (SMV) by the so...
