Seems like rates of 4000+ is clearly a real estate bubble in making! Be careful!
Brokers as usual are asking for their cut which sometimes is up to Rs. 500. How I can say this? I have seen the same sites at 3 different rates ...

A brokere is offering a site at Sir M Visweswariah Layout it for Rs. 2000 psft. It is in 8th Blk of Sir MV Layout. Is this is a fair price?

Also, I have seen some sites at ITI Layout, MPM Layout, near Nagarbhavi. If you have an idea of prices, please let me know.

Allmost all are quoting 1500 - 2500 and this price is exhorbitantly high. I wonder how many trades are done.

Hi - I did several inquries sometime back. 2000 is quite high. Firstly all these brokers are quoting at least 300-400 more. So its good to talk to real owners - in other words, real owners might be ready at 1500 (+ or - 100). Hope this helps.
