Hi, construction cost basically depends on ur specificcations,u can do between 1350- 1500 /sft ,good job (excluding ur laissoning works ,common area ,comound ,gate ,etc).

All vitrifies tiles are brought from china ,except BELL (it was few years back) , u can go for any brand who can provide you service- incase if u have shade variations/ bends in tiles.

Prefer - wetern marbo - nitco- marbonite/etc.

then plan aproval /others will come, u need to depend on some brokers/ not much difficult .
