I am looking for a property urgently in and around c v raman nagar ( kaggasadapura/malleshpalya/gm palya/LB Shastri nagar/rahat bagh/indiranagar etc etc)

What is so special about the area. I had been there a few days ago.. there is nothing happening there compared to the main highway/entry to the airport. Are the rates justified? What are the future developments in the area? Am planning to invest if the outlook looks good.

it is genuine - just that since its an association they will take a lot of time.but i think you can go ahead- i knw many ppl who have booked sites .they 2 phases now.phase 1 is already sold out and registrations are also done.i supose they are quoting 700 PSFT and thy jus have 50 sites available now.

I think its good to go property.jus ensure upto date taxes are paid.A khata adds a huge value.

i dont think we need to make the website fancy.
i joined this website for the material it has and not by the look nd feel.
I am positive most of them here are like minded.looking for quality.
