The price may not go far as 7000 in 5yrs...but definitely 4500 . whatever is the price .. if we have piece of clear title land then its same as peace of mind..
Also if one buys a site should not think about selling..unless you have some urgency of ...

Just now checked their website..Its the same KR puram project.
So Confident group has named their KR Puram project as Lilian.

The plan of apartment construction is also there in Whitefield project.
All this development is based on IT growth.. Being optimistic that it will be there..No recession affects ..
Around 3-4 yrs span for these area will give good development and appreciation.

i agree with RRK comments about the feasibility of KR puram project..
Also land should be clear title...
If you see sarjapur road.. its dominated by confident group..
sarjapur has evolved over years and would take some more time to develop..

I would prefer kr puram..due to its location..scope for improvement..
again its based on preference.. work place/surrounding/accessibility etc...
Whitefield is also near medahalli which leads to old madras road..
white field project needs lot of development activity.. lot of area is still farm ...

Yesterday had visited confident whitefield, the work i guess is around 30% complete (approach road concrete + site number+ main road levelled {bike/car can be driven in layout} + drainage pipe work is in progress)
I guess it should be completed by march or at max april.

Completion of this project might take one year time.
Most of them have purchased the site to build house.
So construction of house might be done around early 2004 or mid 2004.
