Developed over 5,70,000 sq. ft. of prime land is the Confident Bellatrix, located on the Main NH 207 road leading to Sarjapur (Location Map). The project is located between Electronic city and Whitefield.

These classy Villas have been designed by Confident Design Studio partnered with SAA from Singapore. There is a fine blend of multiple designs that vary from home to home – this is a first time concept applied by a developer in the industry!

The township is a picture of convenience: all its wiring utilities, including telephone and electrical cables are concealed underground. The roads within the campus are wide, completed by reinforced cement concrete - a first of its kind road to be implemented by a Developer in a project.
