Great News to all for voting in BBMP elections.

The plan approval cost has increased when I enquired today. The below fees mentioned was for a G+2 of dimension 30 40 with 1 kitchen.

1)License fees - 30.5K
2)Road cutting - 31.1K
3)Cess - 30.5K
+ Others expenses like Engg cost to prepare plan as per bylaws , bribe , agent cost etc.

I have paid:
27K, 28K, 25K respectively for G+1 structure with 1 kitchen.
+ BBMP Misc 12K + 6K for blue print prep and submission.

Any idea how to calculate building plan approval cost ?

Is it a fixed price or varies based on build-up area ?

1)DD for BBMP Commissioner - 36511 and 21500 (2 DD's)
2)DD for Secretary Karnataka bld and other construction worker welfare board - 36960(1 DD)
3)25K Others expenses like Engg cost to prepare plan as per bylaws , bribe , agent cost etc.

Total 1,20,000 for approving a G+2 building on a 30*40 site with one kitchen(This is as per today - 18/04/16).I really don't know how this fellows are charging differently .....I know I paid a bit of extra 5K as other expenses but how can the govt fees differ.

It seems now plan sanction for BDA has been handed over to BBMP. What is the impact on under construction buildings with BDA approved plans. Will BDA continue to supervise or will BBMP take over and do we need to bribe BBMP guys all over again?

I am going to apply for BBMP plan sanction for G+2 Floors, however I will be constructing only ground floor now due to my budget and will be constructing after some years. So Can I use same approval in future as well? or do I need to apply freshly again? or what is the procedure?

Don't worry take it off now only as sanction cost is same only.
